Login to the Data Collection Web Application

This procedure is performed by hospitals near the accident site. It allows them to link patients to an accident reported by a collecting officer or notify law enforcement in the event of an accident.

In the search bar of your browser, enter the server’s IP address. In our case, the address is “51.195.11.202:8098”. Then press the “Enter” key on your keyboard.

  • Enter your login credentials (username and password)

You will see a login interface in front of you. Enter your login credentials:

  • Your username

  • Your password

Then click on “LOGIN”.
