Login to the Data Collection Web Application

This procedure is performed by hospitals near the accident site. It allows them to link patients to an accident reported by a collecting officer or notify law enforcement in the event of an accident.

In the search bar of your browser, enter the server's IP address. In our case, the address is **"51.195.11.202:8098"**. Then press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

    * **Enter your login credentials (username and password)**

You will see a login interface in front of you. Enter your login credentials:

        * Your username
        * Your password

Then click on **"LOGIN"**.
